• Tool & Die facility to design and produce full dies as well as repair dies.

• Welding facility with 6 bays, all equipped with TIG and MIG. We can weld Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Brass.

• Spot type welding machines up to 60KVA

 

• Four Vertical CNC machining centers with 24x36 table capacity. 

 

• Four CNC turning lathes as well as one Swiss Type CNC with a capacity up to 1.5"

     diameter.

• Both machines are equipped with Anver Vaccum Sheet Handlers to ensure clean, unscratched sheet handling. Both have 5'x10' tables.

• One is equipped with a 3500 watt resonator and can cut:

  • 1/2" stainless steel

  • 1" mild steel

  • 5/16" aluminum

• Our second laser machine is equipped with a 6000 watt resonator and can cut:

  • 1" stainless steel

  • 1" mild steel

  • 3/4" aluminum
